I'm not getting the video to show up --sometimes the conversion fails and sometimes it's successful. I'm running locally on MAMP and running cron manually. Thumbnail shows up on home page, but video is white screen at video node. I tested FFMPEG at command line and it works there. When it converts successfully the files are created and not zero. I followed the instructions, so I'm not sure where to look next. I suspect either issues with my ffmpeg installation or issues with the Player.swf. I've tried putting both dash and jwplayer in my drupal/sites/default/files folder and also tried putting it in drupal/files as the instructions say. Would I be better off to try it on a server such cirtex?

I'm having this same problem, but i also don't know what to do about. I suspect it's my ffmpeg command? When i do one video at a time, the cron runs fine, but when i do a set of like ten videos, some fail and some are converted.
