Dont need to convert

I just want to start by saying great module. I am using this module to upload and play videos on my site. I am using .mp4 files. The jw player supports these files. I originally had it set up so that when I uploaded the files it didnt need conversion and they would just play. I had to reload my site and now they arent working and I cant remember what I had changed to do this. Any help is appreciated.
