I am using Taxonomy to tag my videos. Lets say I want to tag my video as a horse racing video, well I have a place for the user to select horse racing as a tag. When I go to view by keyword, like www.site.com/taxonomy/term/1, it just shows the [thumbnail] tag instead of the actual thumbnail. Any suggestions?

For this setup, I'd recommend implementing FlashVideo via the theme layer. Please see "/admin/help/flashvideo" > Automating the Display of Videos Using Your Theme.
