Hack fix for Private Download method

As reported earlier there is an issue with flashvideo not being able to find files when the private download method is used. See http://drupal.org/node/232559.

I did a quick hack to make flashvideo work with the private download method but this is sure to break things when the public download method is used.

The hack simply involves deleting the following snippet from EVERYWHERE in the flashvideo.module file:

getcwd() . '/' .

This snippet serves to locate the files in the main public domain directory, but it leads to failures to find the files when the private download method is used and the files have been placed in a directory outside of the main web domain, i.e., in an unreachable area of the web server.

I'm not sure of the general fix, but I assume there must be some way to generally locate files whether they are in the public or private download areas.
