any input how else to protect your videos or how to fix this (maybe with .htacess?)

OSLinux, I am having the same issue as you are. Did you mean to assign this issue to yourself? It suggests that you are going to be the one trying to fix it.

You just need to upload you Player.swf to a "dummy node".... see Here for more information.
