I need to point the Import Flash to something other than /sites/default/files/flash I need it to be something like home/differentuser/flash

This is so I can create ftp users with my web host that do not have access to ALL of the domains hosted under the primary (my) user name, which is where the /sites/default/files/flash is currently located.

Thanks for ANY help
