Path admin/config/flashcard does not seem to work

Hi,

I'm very interested in your module. I tried to look in the code and see the path admin/config/flashcard does not work, but just goes to the default config page,
e.g.
http://localhost/thai/admin/config/flashcard
just displays:
http://localhost/thai/admin/config

Thanks anybody for any help!
