Currently Views_Bulk_Operations (VBO) doesn't work with any of the file_admin fields. Should be able to run the "Make Sticky", "(Un)Publish", etc. as well as "update entities" VBO actions on the files.

Not sure if this is related to this module or needs to be done in VBO.

Attached is a patch that creates two actions for files - publish and unpublish. At least we're half way there!
