support for simplecdn

I had a case where I wanted to use this module together with Simple CDN in order for my podcast links to reference CDN urls.

Attached is a patch to do this.

I'm not sure of the future of Simple CDN given that there are other CDN modules available, so maybe this patch won't officially get included in the ffpc module, but it was useful to me so maybe it'll be useful to someone else too.
