(patch) Support for extracting pixel aspect ratio data in ffmpeg_wrapper_file_data

Hi,

I'm trying to make the video module transcode videos with pixel aspect ratio (PAR) != 1 (transcoding to flv which doesn't support PAR != 1). For this I need to be able to get PAR from ffmpeg_wrapper_file_data.

Here is a patch that does it (for 6.x-1.x-dev)

It would be a very useful feature and worth porting to 2.x also.
