ffmpeg_wrapper has great feature of use their configurations embedded in another modules, but when we change change configurations by other modules it should reflect to all modules, to simplify of creating configuration values, I used this patch, and will be useful to all.

I like the idea of having a global conf, but I'd prefer it if we actually had a admin settings form which allowed an admin to set these. That would mean using variable get on all of the various settings.

Also, do you mind basing your fix off of the 6.2x branch? I want to move all development over there- I've split out the UI from the actual API which I think will be helpful.
