Hi all,

I find myself with this problem: I have a content type to which I attach some images manually (cck imagefield) and I wouldn't like the images to be cancelled after each cron run.
I still need some of other fields to get updated if there are some changes in the feed, though.

I know this is intended by design, I'm just wondering where to start to develop a solution to get around the problem.
Is there any way to tell the updater to just ignore a field?

Any suggestions?

I'm using Drupal 6.14, FeedAPI 1.9beta3 with SimplePie parser 1.2, Feed Element Mapper 1.3 (planning on updating everything very soon)

I'm changing the status to closed and fixed, since I moved to Feeds in the meanwhile, solving the issue following this discussion: http://drupal.org/node/661314
