feature request re: Could not refresh feed.

I'm not sure about this, but it tends to look as if when doing a manual Feed Refresh, that if no New items are found that the message back is "Could not refresh feed."

If this is true, could we have a new message - perhaps like "No new items found"

I ask this because last night I was working on a new site and went to do a refresh - just to double check everything was working. I was sure everything was working - but all "refresh" returns the above message. So, I check, checked again and finally went to bed - couldn't get anything to work - I thought.

Then then this morning I checked and a couple feeds had new items. -did a refresh test and got "Could not refresh feed." message

So I'm thinking is it working -and that the message is generic and is just telling me - no new times are found.

hence - the feature request for a "No New Items Found" message instead.
