Hi all, I haven't seen this error message logged here, so I'm posting a new request. Has anyone seen this error message? It's in my system logs multiple times, not sure where to begin troubleshooting though.
user warning: Duplicate entry 'http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pip' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO parser_common_syndication (etag, last_modified, url) VALUES ('', '', 'http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?_id=Fk51HxUw3hGjLJSxdPQQIA&_render=rss') in /home/content/html/sites/all/modules/feedapi/parser_common_syndication/parser_common_syndication.module on line 237.
Line 237 is as follows:
if ($has_etag == TRUE) {
if (!isset($result->headers) || !isset($result->headers['ETag']) || !isset($result->headers['Last-Modified'])) {
$result->headers = isset($result->headers) ? $result->headers : array();
$result->headers['ETag'] = isset($result->headers['ETag']) ? $result->headers['ETag'] : '';
$result->headers['Last-Modified'] = isset($result->headers['Last-Modified']) ? $result->headers['Last-Modified'] : '';
}
db_query("UPDATE {parser_common_syndication} SET etag = '%s', last_modified = '%s' WHERE url = '%s'", $result->headers['ETag'], $result->headers['Last-Modified'], $url);
}
else {
237--> db_query("INSERT INTO {parser_common_syndication} (etag, last_modified, url) VALUES ('%s', '%s', '%s')", $result->headers['ETag'], $result->headers['Last-Modified'], $url);Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated...!

Apollo610 commentedOk, so it seems like any attempt to add a new feed or to modifying the mappings of an existing feed results in similar error. I wanted to add a mapping to a different feed, and received the following error upon entering the mapping admin page.
I'm piping all my feeds in from Yahoo Pipes.
Any ideas what's going on? FWIW - I only started seeing this error a day or 2 ago. Before then, everything was running smoothly. I've got a number of feeds coming in so I'd rather not have to purge and rebuild if possible. Should I switch over to Simplepie? Anyone know if that will that fix this issue?

alex_b commentedCould you upgrade to 1.x dev test wise and see whether the error persists? At a quick glance, there are a bunch of changes that may have an effect: http://cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/contributions/modules/feedapi/par...

Apollo610 commentedMuch thanks Alex, I really should have tried that sooner. I didn't realize that I was running the older release and not the most recent dev.
The good news is, it absolutely fixed the problem. No more duplicate errors at all.
Just an FYI that when I upgraded to DEV I received the following warnings since both columns already existed. Didn't cause any problems, obviously
* Failed: ALTER TABLE {feedapi} ADD `vid` INT unsigned DEFAULT NULL
* Failed: ALTER TABLE {feedapi} ADD INDEX nid (nid)
Thanks again -

alex_b commented#4: head is not very stable at the moment, there are a couple of critical issues that need to be fixed before I would feel good running it on a production site. Consider upgrading parser_common only, which should be fine.
I'm closing this issue now because your original issue has been solved.
