How to display a lightweight items feed in a custom url path

Is there any way to do this? The path for the lightweight feed off the domain is /aggregator/sources/2947 but I want to display this using a different url path. I know that if I create the items as nodes it can be done using views but I don't need individual nodes for each item. All I need to do is display a list of feed items from a single feed in a node. I can't seem to do it using this or any other aggregator module.
