When a feed is from a website with a non-standard port such as http://localhost:8000/pages, the link to the original article has the :8000 removed and the connection fails.
Is there a bug fix for this?

aron novakWhich parser do you use? Can you provide me an example URL?
I just added http://novaak.net/port.xml (Request for feedback article has such an URL what contains port number) feed to both FeedAPI 5.x and 6.x and i could not reproduce your problem.
