I do not know that how to use parser_common_syndication module. I know the use of SimplePie parser, but SimplePie parser is not helping for https feed.

I just tested Common Syndication Parser and it handles https feeds.
Stepst to use that parser:
1) enable the module
2) Go to admin/content/node-type/feedapi-node
3) Search Parser settings
4) Uncheck "Enable" at SimplePie and check "Enable" at Common Syndication.

That's all. Your feeds now use Common Syndication Parser and you can create https feeds.
Alternatively maybe you can create a new content-type for https feeds which uses common syndication parser if your other feeds somewhy needs simplepie parser.
