Releases for Features Builder

This release includes a fix where components where Features were missing many components when there was a circular reference with the built features. This issue was reported in cases where users were attempting to build Features on sites that had fields present on taxonomy terms.

Important: This release contains significant changes to the functionality which generates the Features modules.

Changes have been made to the building functionality, now using logic built into Features instead of some hard-coded checks, etc. You'll probably notice changes to the Features produced by Features Builder. The resulting Feature module should be nearly identical, but not verbatim.
