Problems with Heartbeat module when attaching links or images

Hello.
I created a custom heartbeat template to log the activity when an user publish e new status and the rule to log it (of course the "Statuses Rules" and "Rules for Heartbeat Activity" submodules are enabled).
This works fine when the status contains only text, but when i attach a link or an image using the Facebook-style Micropublisher module, the activity is not logged.

Is this a bug or something misconfigured?
