Initial access of application results in "The page you requested was not found."

"I read the README.txt from start to finish,"
The first access of an application causes redirect to Drupal <front>. Frustratingly, it is not reproduceable with the drupalforfacebook app.

Steps:

1. Log out of Facebook
2. Clear all cookies
3. Log in to Facebook
4. Go to App URL: https://apps.facebook.com/###########/
5. Get redirected to: https://apps.facebook.com//node/1

The site's <front> is set to node/1. It looks like the App's ID isn't getting passed to the FB redirect.
