Fasttoggle's AJAX response currently replaces the < a > link itself only, so the node/comment wrapper keeps its server-rendered classes and themes never receive the node--unpublished/comment--unpublished class until the page is fully reloaded. In addition, the ReplaceCommand selector for nodes is the shared class .fasttoggle-ENTITY-status (as well as -promote/-sticky), which matches every fasttoggle link on the page — on a teaser listing a single click swaps the link on all teasers at once (comments already use a per-entity class)
