Include option to hide toggle link from node.

Thanks for this module. Hard to find, but exactly what I was looking for.

I just wanted to have simple publish - unpublish links in views for admin without using actions rules and/or Views Bulk Operation. For this it is absolutely perfect and very fast.

Only slight niggle is it adds a "published" toggle link to the bottom of each node. It would be great if it were possible to just use it in views, i.e have the option to disable the node links.
