I tried your module, with Drupal 7 dev version...

It doesn't recognize Anchor links on page, which is crucial for me.

I have many many Articles with Index for Anchor links on most pages... like <h3 id="123"> <a href="#123"></a>

After installing this Module, it either tries to reload the current page, without going to HREF or sometimes on several repeated clicks it goes (probably when the module had no time to interact)

Thank you for flagging this issue. I think the best way is for FasterWeb to ignore anchor links. Get back to you soon.
