Release notes

Dev branch of this module. Currently being built as a direct port over, with changes mostly relating to change in D8 syntax and new usage of objects.

Full conversion to object oriented approach may and would occur in 8.x-2.x dev branch, although viability is to be determined. What is nice is that custom filters and validators can be added via the hooks system in Drupal, which is very useful.
