With the recent death of the TROLL 5.x branch any of these would be great additions to False Account Detector (troll did most of these in some fashion):
Detect IP's used by multiple users: List accounts that are found to use the same IP as other accounts as possible false accounts - but give the ability to ignore because this does not always mean the account is false (like for AOL users)
Lookup all IPs used by a particular user: enter the username and return a list of all ip's ever logged for that user; if the IP has been used by multiple users, flag it. The IP listing should also include a DNS lookup to display the ISP/domain
Lookup users/IP's by email address: Same as IP lookup, but instead of username, search by email address of registered users
Lookup users by IP: Enter an IP and return all users associated with it.

All of these things (and probably more) are essential in a webmasters false-account detecting toolbag..
