Do not hide other unchecked box ?

When I click a terms's checkbox within a facet block, the page is refreshing and all of other unchecked checkbox from the same block are hiding on the screen, so the user has to click the checked checkbox again to uncheck it and show other check box on the screen. I am wondering if there is a setting for change the behaver of this. when user click a checkbox, the checkbox will be checked, and all other unchecked box from the same block should stay on the screen, so user can click other checkbox directly ? Thanks
