I noticed when printing a page that a url shows up on the printed page. Looks like this is happening because

<a id="main-content"></a>

is being rewritten as an external link.

One solution could be to modify the javascript to check to make sure that href has content. Happy to do up a patch if that's the right approach. Thanks.
