If external url have "&" sign then it's not loaded into frame

If external url = http://www.mydomain.com/site.php?arg1=1&arg2=2, url which is loaded into frame is: http://www.mydomain.com/site.php?arg1=1 = without &arg2=2. How can i fix this?
