Wrong configuration path [#1852154]

According to the readme the configuration page is /admin/settings/externaliframe but if you look at the module, the hook menu is implemented as admin/config/externaliframe

Attached a patch to add the settings into their own block on the /admin/config page (see attached screenshots). The path in README.txt is fixed as it is in the above patch.

A lot of new users are probably frustrated by this, they check the admin/config page and find no options for External Iframe. So they check the README, and are give an incorrect path. Setting priority to major for that reason.

New patch is attached. Made a small addition, added "Configure" links on the modules page. See attached screenshot. This covers all the user experience needs I can think of for accessing the module settings.
