With Drupal-CVS and ExportDocBook-CVS I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function _book_get_depth() in export_docbook.module on line 58
Seems the function has been removed from book.module http://drupal.org/node/53826

Thanks - I guess this means that my book module refactoring patch was committed! I've updated export_docbook accordingly.
