Problem/Motivation

There is a .gitlab-ci.yml, but the various jobs in it are not set to fail and there are currently still findings based on it.

Proposed resolution

Sole all existing issues in cspell, phpcs and phpstan and set the corresponding jobs to fail when there are findings.
