There is a CVS issue preventing the fix from being available.

can't a 1.3 version be rolled, including the proper files ?

Oops. There was a CVS issue, but it looks like it has been resolved. I'm going to work on a committing a new version soon.

It's the only module without .info file for 33 weeks now :'(

the -dev version has the .info file.

I'm removing the 1.1 + 1.2 versions from the project page with the hopes that the developer will reroll a 1.3 to avoid this confusion.
