On a profile2 form I receive:

When clicking "add items" I receive this when the ctools modal pops up.

Module is completely unusable with these errors. Searched the issue queue but couldn't find anything related.

Yes, I simply hadn't gone to my field "edit" page.
I was initially just checking the field widget and settings.
There are specific settings on the field edit page that need to be configured
