Why is there always node id in parenthese in autocomplete? where could I remove that?

An autocomplete always works that way. In the parenthesis you have the id that is extracted by the server.

I don't see how that's a relevant question for this module though, we don't show an autocomplete anywhere.

Hmm seems I missed the module that is doing this, so many modules, so many variations of this I made a mistake. I was refering to part where you add autocomplete to node field and then the files uses views to autopopulate the field. Seems this module is not doing that. (I am working on pre build site and I am not still sure what is what here.)
