The message for no usages is the same even if usages would be revealed by clicking on the list usages in old revisions button. Let's improve that.

✅ Tested and works — applied MR !250, ran ddev drush cr and opened /admin/content/entity-usage/node/17 for a target whose only usage sits in a superseded revision of its source: the page now says "There are no recorded usages in published or draft revisions", and turning on the old revisions filter still lists that source. A target with no usage at all keeps the generic message. The two cases are now distinguishable from the message alone.
