usage page loads for infinite period if the entity has been referenced 100's or 1000's of times and eventually it shows 504 error

When you click section of the page which has 100's or 1000's of records , then the page loads indefinitely and time's out after few mins once the execution time or memory runs out. We need some pagination like feature where only 25-30 records are visible at first place and when we click on next then only the records are retrieved and displayed.
