Per the Module documentation guidelines, a module should Provide help text in the Drupal UI. This module is missing an implementation of hook_help().

Here's a simple patch that adds the hook_help() function.

Thanks for getting the hook started.

I am adding a request here that this should include steps to configure properly and and permissions that need to be set for roles that would have access to this.

Thanks for the comments.
I've implemented this hook. Probably not the best description, but I hope that module interface is clear enough.
Nowadays all roles are affected, re-doing it will increase module size a lot.
But patches are always welcome
