Hi,
I am facing a problem with entity_soft_delete. Once entity_soft_delete is enabled then site is crashed.

To Replicate:
1)Install Drupal 7.28 fresh copy
2)Install ctools 7.x-1.4
3)Install Views 7.x-3.8
4)Install Rules 7.x-2.7
5)Intall Entity 7.x-1.5
6)Intall cf 7.x-2.0

All above modules are enbled one by one with out any problem.

Then i enable entity_soft_delete with 7.x-1.3 version. While enabling itself following fatal error throws.

Notice: Undefined index: schema_fields_sql in D:\xampp\htdocs\plain\includes\entity.inc on line 260

Catchable fatal error: Argument 2 passed to SelectQuery::fields() must be an array, null given, called in D:\xampp\htdocs\plain\includes\entity.inc on line 279 and defined in D:\xampp\htdocs\plain\includes\database\select.inc on line 1300

And site is crashed. Please check the screen shot. If i dissable the entity_soft_delete module through query then i truncate cache,cache_bootstrap. Site is UP. Please check

Yes, this is major issue that i haven't been able to find it cause yet.
It happens under some circumstances.
You report certainly can help tracking the problem.
I have a suspension that there is an incompatibility with either rules or entity modules

Hi guys,

I have same problem while enabling entity_soft_delete(7.x-1.0-alpha1) module, i can't find any solution to fix this.

Nothing is changed, after enabling 'Entity Soft Delete'(7.x-1.0-alpha2) same fatal error throws.

Still i am getting same notice's error.
error. Good concept(soft delete), but unable to use in my project.

FYI: Version : 7.x-1.0-alpha2 used.

Hi sinasalek,

I got this error with basic installation itself.

1) Common Functionality("7.x-2.0)
2) entity(7.x-1.5)
3)entity_soft_delete(7.x-1.0-alpha2)
4)Drupal 7.31

I applied the patch and it cleared the error message.
