Problem/Motivation

I like to provide the pattern with a ending ID, so the user is able to see the ID of the entity while selecting.
I added a configuration option to strip the automatic addition of the core (id) at the end of the input, after the selection.
This may break the default functionality if the pattern doesn't provide the entity id at the end of the pattern in the default format.

I’ve fixed the issue related to allowing users to omit the default Entity ID from entity reference pattern labels.

While working on this, I also reviewed the patch provided by @elgandoz and made some improvements, mainly by adding the schema entry for the new omission variable to ensure it’s properly stored and a small issue where Drupal didn’t recognize the entity reference correctly when the patch was applied.
