We aren't cleaning up after ourselves well. We should hook in and delete the corresponding entity box when the box wrapping it is deleted.

When deleting a custom entity box it removes it from the block list but if you goto /admin/content/entity_boxes it is still listed. There is no way to delete it unless deleting from the DB.
I also noticed it is not deleted from the block table in the db. This is the only thing holding me back from using this module. I really like how you can create a custom box right from the context ui editor. Much better workflow than bean.
