Initial Save Stays on the form

It seems like it's saving the entity, but the regular box submit action is not processed then during the initial creation process.

If you refresh the page and drop the created instance, it can then be saved like a regular box. I think the original box #submit action is potentially missing in the creation phase and only the entity one is there.

Here's a patch. I also fixed some indentation inside the form function (which makes the patch look longer). The only real changes are down at the bottom of the patch.

Tested, and it works great. I also tested adding a custom entity box from admin/structure/block before and after applying the patch, and that's broken altogether at the moment so it's not caused by this set of changes. I'll create a separate ticket for it.
