I got a question on the module behavior, does it only support to index the ID of the reference or all its fields? Consider the example:

- Content Type A has an entity reference field with values from Content Type B and a Taxonomy Vocabulary Y

I want to create a search to return of Content Type B as the main object with all the Content Type A that references B and also a filter for the Taxonomy Vocabulary Y. Does the module supports that?

This module is obsolete. Search API implemented processor for this see
https://www.drupal.org/project/search_api/issues/2986623
You should uninstall and remove this module.
