The node.field_profile_phone field needs to be updated.

Solr Field Type

The Solr Field Type entity type needs to be installed.

I have run drush entup, but it doesn't address these problems.

I was able to address the problem by installing an older version of the search_api_solr module. The problem only occurs when I install search_api_solr 2.7. It goes away if I revert to search_api_solr 1.2.
