Call to undefined function entity_get_property_info() [#2306691]

Everytime I save a node type that has a rules action attached ends with:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function entity_get_property_info() in sites\all\modules\contrib\entity\includes\entity.wrapper.inc on line 588

If this happens the site is broken and requires that entity module will be disabled.
