Provides a structured approach to periodically or manually check the status of an endpoint entirely from configuration and code. This is very useful for anytime Drupal integrates with a external source or file outside of Drupal's control.
Post-Installation
- Got to Configuration > System > Endpoint Status
- Create an endpoint status configuration entity
- Select a processor for the endpoint status, a 'default' is provided
- Configure the cron frequency as needed
