In the admin menu under Reports there is a link named "Enabled Modules" that leads to a page, but the page is not found: The requested page "/admin/reports/enabled-modules" could not be found.

You need to edit the permissions in your views. Go to enabled-modules in Views and click edit.

Under Access, I changed the permission to role and then authenticated (so for my site that would be only me).

Then it worked just fine.

I'm thinking we shouldn't have any links that go to page not found... perhaps we should add a permission to the view that's defined by the module, or equal to something sensible like view reports?
