I was in the middle of uploading/updating modules, I was getting various warnings, but it would allow me to go back in my site w/no problem. But this one just shut it down and I'm unable to get back in. This is the only thing that keeps coming up and I have no idea how to get out of it.

As stated in other posts by @Pink96, the issues queue for the "Enabled Modules" module is only for problems when running that module.
