Control over metadata

Hi,

Requirement:

I have stored documents (pdf, doc) for my Drupal 8.6 sites in entermediadb and I am using embridge module to store/read documents.
Is there a way:

• to remove metadata (personal information like author, company etc) for all documents (pdf, doc) stored in entermediadb

• to remove metadata while uploading documents to entermediadb using embridge

Versions used:

embridge: 8.x-1.0-beta2
drupal: 8.6.17

Any suggestion/recommendation is highly appreciated.
