Enable Metadata update 1x to Entermedia

On first upload of an asset via emBridge to Entermedia, user can insert values for metadata fields that post to Entermedia. There should be a configuration option that would disallow subsequent updates of metadata from emBridge to Entermedia if values exist within fields there.
