Is there a way for the map image not to move when the bubble appears?

the map will show and then shortly aftger the bubble appears with the address and driving directions options? there is a slight movement in the map

This module is just a window into google maps. It does not in any way control how the map acts. The same thing would happen at maps.google.com if you made a very small browser window and performed a search.

You have two options:

1) Use an advanced map module like GMap module that allows you to control the map directly.
2) Make your embedded map larger (there's a theme function for this)
